Q:How can we trust your quality control?
A:
We source raw materials from certified big companies and test them upon arrival. We provide weekly production detail reports, welcome factory visits, and accept SGS or TUV inspections. For orders over 50k USD, we cover inspection charges. We also hold ISO9001, CE, and TUV certificates.
Q:What are your trading and payment terms?
A:
We accept O/A 30 or 60 days for trusted companies. Usually, we require 30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. Discounts are available for large quantities.
Q:Do you accept sample orders?
A:
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. The minimum order quantity for samples is 1000 pieces.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
