Single stage models (BWD/XWD/BLD/XLD) offer reduction ratio 11-87, compact size and higher transmission efficiency. Double stage models(BWED/XWED) achieve large reduction ratio 99-1357, for low speed heavy load working conditions.

Please provide working power, required reduction ratio, output torque, mounting way(horizontal vertical), working condition and service time. We will recommend suitable model for you.
Q:What is the transmission efficiency of cycloidal pinwheel reducer?
A:
Single stage efficiency:85%-92%; Double stage efficiency:72%-82%. Efficiency will drop under continuous heavy load operation.
Q:What working environment can this reducer adapt to?

Cast iron housing suits for 10 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius. Avoid heavy dust, corrosive liquid and long term high temperature environment. We can provide anti corrosion coating upon request.
