File Format: Standard image files cannot be printed. Please provide STL or STEP format files for 3D printing. Software such as 3Dmax, CAD, Sketchup canexport STL format files
Q:2. What are the basic requirements for print designs?
A:
Large thin sheet thickness must be greater than1.2mm; independent column diameter must be greater than 1mm; concave.convex character stroke width must be greater than 0.35mm; small holediameter must be greater than 1mm. Please send us your drawings and we'll help you to review the desgin and make adjustments accordingly to make the printing best.
Q:3. How are printing costs calculated?
A:
Printing Charges: Price is mainly calculated based on molding volume. Additional charges apply for complex structures and special-shaped parts.Please send you inquiry for details.
Q:4. How long is the production date?
A:
Based on the complexity of the order, usually it takes 24-48 hours to complete. Additional processes such as silk-screen printing, spraypainting, electroplating, oxidation, polishing, etc. require extra working hours. Please send your drawings and requirements, we'll make an quotation as soon as possible.
Q:5. What is the dimension that your workshop can print?
A:
There will be positive and negative tolerances duringmaterial cutting. If you have specific precision requirements, please advise the exact data before placing the order.
