For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For high-volume production runs, the lead time ranges from 20 to 30 days after we receive your deposit payment. Lead times commence once (1) your deposit has been received, and (2) we have your final approval for the products. If our standard lead times do not align with your deadline, please discuss your requirements with your sales representative. We will strive to accommodate your needs, and in most cases, we are able to do so.

Payments can be made to our bank account, via Western Union, or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance upon receipt of the copy of B/L. Alternatively,we accept an irrevocable LC at sight.

Yes, we consistently use high-quality export packaging. We also utilize specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature-sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
