Our typical production timeline ranges from 40 to 55 days, depending on the order volume. Should you have urgent demands, inform us, and we will endeavor to expedite the delivery if the materials for your selected models are available in our stock.

Once the model and design of your sample are confirmed, we will send it through trusted couriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. We provide complimentary samples for smaller items, while a modest charge applies to larger items like suitcases, trunks, and furniture. Shipping costs are borne by you but are refundable upon placing an order.

For bulk purchases, an initial deposit of 30% via T/T is required, with the remaining 70% payable upon presentation of the Bill of Lading Copy. Our preferred payment form is T/T; however, we also accept L/C at sight and PayPal for added convenience.
