AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryKingsfang (Xiamen) Import & Export Co., Ltd. is a China-based trading company established in 2014 with seven employees, primarily offering printer accessories. It reports flexible customization and 100% finished-product inspection, but inspection is performed by packing staff and raw materials lack traceability identification. Service-management documentation is weak: relevant records exist without a written procedure, while corrective-action and complaint-handling procedures or records are absent. The supplier does not provide OEM for popular brands, ODM, 3D software design, or SDKs, and reported no new products in the past year. No overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, branches, or offline trade-show participation were reported. Financial-period information is present for 2021–2023, but the supplied slices do not provide enough detail to assess financial strength. No customer cases or named customers are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a trading company, legally organized as a limited company and located in Xiamen, Fujian, China. Its associated-company industry is wholesale and retail, supporting a sourcing and distribution profile rather than an explicitly documented manufacturing profile.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has relevant service records and provides specified quotation and payment terms, with stated lead times within 15 workdays in both peak and off-season. However, it has no written corrective/preventive-action mechanism or complaint-handling procedures or records, and reports no overseas service locations or agents, indicating a documented after-sales capability gap.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no available SDK, no ODM service, no 3D software design service, and no new products during the past year. Flexible customization is reported, but the explicit absence of several development capabilities indicates limited documented innovation capability.

Customization capabilityFlexible customization is explicitly reported in both design-services and R&D-related fields. This supports customization availability, although the supplier does not provide 3D software design, ODM, or SDK services.
