AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryShanghai Kiwi Auto Sales and Service Co., Ltd. is a China-based trading company established in 2015, supplying cars and electric vehicles. It reports professional technical R&D capability, 3D software design services, sample/design customization, minor customization, and new products during the past year. Customer complaints are managed through a documented procedure with follow-up records, while supplier-service assessment and corrective-action procedures are also documented. However, the supplier reports no inventory, overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch capabilities. Evidence on quality assurance, traceability, environmental assessment, fire drills, certification holding, and customer cases is insufficient. Production capability is unclear because the company is identified as a trading company, despite reported output and quality-control staffing data.

Supplier typeThe supplier is consistently identified as a trading company and limited company, located in Minhang District, Shanghai, China. Its stated product scope is cars and electric vehicles, and it is not indicated to be part of a larger company group.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a clear customer-complaint procedure with follow-up records, plus documented service-capability assessment and corrective/preventive-action procedures. However, it reports no inventory, overseas warehouse, overseas showroom, overseas agent, or branch capability, limiting evidence of international after-sales infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier is identified as a professional technical supplier, provides 3D software design services, and had new products during the past year. One R&D engineer is reported, with product-design responsibilities, demonstrating some innovation capacity but a limited disclosed R&D headcount.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, and minor customization, together with 3D software design services. These records directly support a broad stated customization capability.
