AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier demonstrates broad customization, ODM and OEM capabilities, and reports new products within the past year. It has eight production lines, three quality inspectors, written finished-product inspection instructions, quality assurance, and raw-material traceability. Export activity is substantial, with 90% of sales from exports and 14 years of exporting experience. However, several operational controls are incomplete: corrective-action and complaint procedures lack written records, supplier-management procedures lack records or formal approval details, production quantities are not continuously reconciled, and no outsourcing SOP or valid manufacturing contract with related subcontractors is reported. Overseas support is limited, with no overseas agents, branches, warehouse, showroom, or trade-show participation. Financial credibility, certifications, and customer-case depth cannot be fully assessed from the provided information.

Supplier typeThe supplier presents itself as a manufacturer offering ODM and OEM services, including OEM for well-known brands. It provides international trade terms and has exported for 14 years, while overseas service infrastructure is limited because it reports no overseas agents, branches, warehouse, or showroom.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year and provides ODM services, indicating active product-development capability. However, it reports no available SDK, so its software-development integration capability is specifically absent.

Production capacityThe supplier reports eight production lines, in-stock capability, listed forming, cutting, grinding, polishing, cooling, sandblasting, and oven equipment, plus three quality inspectors. Capacity-control weaknesses remain: production quantities are not continuously reconciled, no outsourcing SOP is established, and there is no valid manufacturing contract with related subcontractors.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from designs, full customization, customization from samples, flexible customization, and minor customization. This capability is stated consistently in both R&D and design-service information.
