Q:Can I visit Kingkonree factory?

It is a great honor to invite you to visit our factory in Haungjiang Town, Dongguan City. It takes about 2 hours from Guangzhou or 1 hour from Shenzhen. We have a showroom near Shenzhen North train station and can arrange a driver to pick you up.

Q:What is the payment term?

We accept T/T and Western Union. A 50% deposit is required in advance before production, and the remaining 50% is due before shipment. EXW payments can be made in USD or RMB cash.

Q:How long does delivery take?

Sample orders take within 8 days. Trial orders (under 50 pcs) take within 15 days. Official orders (over 100 pcs) take within 20 days. 20FT containers take 25-30 days, and 40HQ containers take 35-40 days.

Q:Can we use our own shipping agent?
