The whole model is one year warranty, do not include quick-wear parts, such as: bulb,mirror,plastic spare parts and so on.The lead-acid battery is provided with one year warranty, and the lithium battery is provided with two years warranty.

Q:If there is quality problem during warranty period, what should you do?

Please provide a detailed description of the quality problem, frame number, mileage, picture and video of the problem, etc. After our company determines the problem, we will send out the urgently needed accessories in the fastest way and provide customers for replacement.For more batch problems, we will send engineers abroad to assist in maintenance.
