We will pack the model with Iron frame + carton packaging, it is more safely for model loading and unloading

The whole model is one year warranty, do not include quick-wear parts, such as: bulb,mirror,plastic spare parts and so on.The lead-acid battery is provided with one year warranty, and the lithium battery is provided with two years warranty.

Q:If there are quality problems during the warranty period, what should you do?

Please provide a detailed description of the quality problem, frame number, mileage, picture and video of the problem, etc. After our company determines the problem, we will send out the urgently needed accessories in the fastest way and provide customers for replacement.For more batch problems, we will send engineers abroad to assist in maintenance.

Q:What is your terms of payment?

Payment terms: T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance against the copy of B/L, and 100% T/T prepayment for sample order.
