The auto-clean device consists of a solenoid valve, water pipe, rotated nozzles, and a water-heating auto-clean tank. The tank includes a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), water pump, and water tank. The rotated nozzles are controlled by solenoid valves.

Q:Is detergent needed during the cleaning process?

No detergent is needed. Oil mist is easily cleaned with hot water for our honeycomb filter cells. The water in the tank is heated and used to wash the filter cells directly.

Q:What is the recommended washing cycle?

The washing period depends on your settings and washing time. Generally, the ESP needs to be washed every three to four weeks by the auto-clean device. If fume is heavy, you can shorten the washing period.
