The auto-clean device consists of a solenoid valve, water pipe, rotated nozzles, and a water-heating auto-clean tank. The tank includes a PLC, water pump, and water tank. The rotated nozzles are controlled by solenoid valves.

Q:Whether detergent consumption is needed during cleaning?

Detergent is not needed. Oil mist is easily cleaned with hot water for the honeycomb filter cells. The water in the tank is heated and used to wash the filter cells.

Q:What is the washing cycle?

The washing period depends on your settings and washing time. Generally, the ESP needs washing every three to four weeks. If fume is heavy, the washing period can be shortened.
