Q:How does the auto-clean device work?
A:
The auto-clean device consists of a solenoid valve, water pipe, rotated nozzles, and a water-heating auto-clean tank. The tank includes a PLC, water pump, and water tank. The rotated nozzles are controlled by solenoid valves to wash the filter cells using heated water.
Q:Is detergent needed during the cleaning process?
A:
No detergent is needed. Oil mist is easily cleaned with hot water for our honeycomb filter cells. The water in the tank is heated and used directly to wash the filter cells.
Q:What is the recommended washing cycle?
A:
The washing period depends on your settings and washing time. Generally, the ESP needs to be washed every three to four weeks by the auto-clean device. If the fume is heavy, you can shorten the washing period.
Q:How should the drain connection be handled?
A:
Please check the attached introduction for structure and connection details. With the auto-clean device, the ESP can operate maintenance-free for a long time, saving time, cost, and trouble associated with frequent manual cleaning.
Q:How should the product be installed?
A:
You can install the product inside your kitchen. It is recommended to use a ventilation engineering company specialized in ventilation installation who knows local laws regarding kitchen air filter installation. They can provide advice on legal installation methods.
