Q:How does the auto-clean device work?
A:
The auto-clean device consists of solenoid valves, water pipes, rotated nozzles, and a water-heating auto-clean tank. The tank includes a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), water pump, and water tank. The rotated nozzles are controlled by solenoid valves.
Q:Whether detergent consumption is needed during cleaning?
A:
Detergent is not needed in our auto-clean process. Oil mist is easily cleaned with hot water for our honeycomb filter cells. The water in the tank is heated and used to wash the filter cells.
Q:What is the washing cycle?
A:
The washing period depends on your setting and washing time. Generally, the ESP has to be washed every three to four weeks by the auto-clean device. If your fume is heavy, you can shorten the washing period.
Q:Please advice the drain connection.
A:
Please kindly check the attached introduction for the structure and connections details. With the auto-clean device, the ESP can operate maintenance-free for a long time, thus saving your time, cost, and trouble of frequent manual cleaning.
Q:Installation.
A:
You can install our product inside your kitchen, shown in the attached image. For installation, you can hire a ventilation engineering company specialized in ventilation installation who knows well the local law about kitchen air filter's installation. You can get answers or advices from this ventilation engineering company about how to install our product with permission of the law.
