Q:How does the auto-clean device work?

The auto-clean device consists of a solenoid valve, water pipe, rotated nozzles, and a water-heating auto-clean tank. The tank includes a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), water pump, and water tank. The rotated nozzles are controlled by solenoid valves.

Q:Whether detergent consumption is needed during cleaning?

Detergent is not needed in our auto-clean process as oil mist is easily cleaned with hot water for our honeycomb filter cells. The water in the tank is heated and used to wash the filter cells.

Q:What is the washing cycle?

The washing period depends on your setting and washing time. Generally, the ESP needs to be washed every three to four weeks by the auto-clean device. If the fume is heavy, you can shorten the washing period.

Q:Please advice the drain connection.

Please check the attached introduction for structure and connection details. With the auto-clean device, the ESP can operate maintenance-free for a long time, saving time, cost, and trouble of frequent manual cleaning.
