Q:How does the auto-clean device work?

The auto-clean device consists of a solenoid valve, water pipe, rotated nozzles, and a water-heating auto-clean tank. The tank includes a PLC, water pump, and water tank. The rotated nozzles are controlled by solenoid valves.

Q:Is detergent needed during cleaning?

No detergent is needed. Oil mist is easily cleaned with hot water for our honeycomb filter cells. The water in the tank is heated and used to wash the filter cells.

Q:What is the washing cycle?

The washing period depends on your setting and washing time. Generally, the ESP needs to be washed every three to four weeks by the auto-clean device. If fume is heavy, you can shorten the washing period.

Q:How is the drain connection handled?
