Q:How does the auto-clean device work?
A:
The auto-clean device consists of a solenoid valve, water pipe, rotated nozzles, and a water-heating auto-clean tank. The tank includes a PLC, water pump, and water tank. The rotated nozzles are controlled by solenoid valves.
Q:Whether detergent consumption is needed during cleaning?
A:
Detergent is not needed as oil mist is easily cleaned with hot water for our honeycomb filter cells. The water in the tank is heated and used to wash the filter cells.
Q:What is the washing cycle?
A:
The washing period depends on your settings and washing time. Generally, the ESP needs to be washed every three to four weeks by the auto-clean device. If fumes are heavy, you can shorten the washing period.
Q:Please advice the drain connection.
A:
Please check the attached introduction for structure and connection details. With the auto-clean device, the ESP can operate maintenance-free for a long time, saving time, cost, and trouble of frequent manual cleaning.
Q:Installation.
A:
You can install our product inside your kitchen as shown in the attached image. For installation, you can hire a ventilation engineering company specialized in ventilation installation who knows local laws about kitchen air filter installation. You can get answers or advice from this company about how to install our product with legal permission.
