Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept the following two payment methods:
1) 100% T/T in advance (paid before production); or
2) 30% deposit (T/T), with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment. Delivery will be arranged after receipt of the balance. We do not accept L/C, D/P, or open account terms.

For standard products (engineering plastics, sheets, rods, powders): 7-15 working days after order confirmation. For customized products (conductive, injection-molding grade, carbon fiber reinforced) or custom sizes: 20-30 working days, depending on quantity and design.
