This coaxial centering dial indicator is specially developed for quick centering operation in milling and boring machining processes. It can rapidly calibrate the coaxiality of spindles, workpieces.

Comes with 3 straight internal measuring rods for inner bore centering and 3 curved external measuring rods for outer circular shaft alignment. Various rod lengths are optional to fit different depth

The dial core is fully wrapped by the indicator body, which avoids shake and deflection during operation, delivering stronger structural rigidity than ordinary open-style centering gauges.

The entire indicator housing undergoes full precision grinding processing. This fine manufacturing process minimizes pointer runout fluctuation, so the measurement data is stable and repeatable.

We supply both metric (0-3mm, graduation 0.01mm) and imperial inch (0-0.12", graduation 0.0005") versions.
