The warranty is 12 months from the date of commissioning completion, but no more than 18 months from the date of delivery.

Q:What is the production lead time?
A:
The standard production time is 35 days. During peak season, it may take 1-3 months, while off-season is one month.
Q:Do you provide installation and commissioning services?
A:
Yes, we send 1-2 technicians to help with installation. The customer pays for tickets, hotel, diet, and the salary is USD 60 per day per person.
Q:What are the payment terms?

We require a 30% down payment and the remaining 70% balance at sight of the B/L copy before delivery. We accept LC, T/T, and other methods.
