AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a factory in Longhua District, Shenzhen, with export experience of 18 years and 71%–90% of total sales from exports. It offers broad customization, ODM services, and reported new product development within the past year. Finished-product inspection instructions are available and uniformly followed, while ERP is used for production, procurement, quality control, and logistics management. The supplier reports OEM service for well-known brands and participation in the ECOC offline trade show. Service strengths include in-stock capability, multiple quotation and payment options, and stated lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-season. However, approved-supplier records lack signatures or dates, corrective-action and complaint procedures lack written records, there is no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, and no valid manufacturing contract with affiliated subcontractors is reported. Certification evidence and specific customer cases are not provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a factory located in Longhua District, Shenzhen, and its company type is listed as “Combined.” The available information supports a manufacturing-oriented supplier classification, but does not clarify the meaning or implications of the “Combined” type.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, provides ODM services, and offers broad design-related customization. ERP is used for production, procurement, quality control, and logistics, but no SDK is available and no other measurable innovation outcomes are stated.

Production capacityThe supplier is identified as a factory, has inventory capability, follows standardized finished-product inspection instructions, and reports lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-season. Nevertheless, it reports no valid contract with affiliated subcontractors, which is a documented production-governance deficiency.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, and also provides ODM services. These records directly demonstrate broad customization coverage.
