AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryKomatco Industrial Equipment (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd. is a China-based trading company established in 2022 with 19 employees and an affiliated company. It offers broad construction, engineering, road, lifting, concrete, logistics, earthmoving, drilling, and special-vehicle equipment. The supplier reports extensive customization and ODM/OEM services, exports accounting for 90% of sales, and six years of exporting experience, although the stated establishment date creates an inconsistency that is not resolved by the provided information. Production information includes multiple equipment output figures and 6–10 quality-control staff, but quality testing equipment is reported as zero. No certifications, formal after-sales procedures, customer complaint procedures, customer cases, overseas service network, inventory, or overseas warehouse capability are documented. Financial records are referenced for 2022–2024, but no financial performance details are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a trading company and limited company based in Henan, China, with 19 employees and an affiliated company. Its listed product scope is broad and centered on industrial and construction equipment.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no overseas agents or branches, no overseas warehouse, no overseas showroom, no inventory capability, and no participation in offline trade shows. It also has no written procedures or records for customer complaints, while quality assurance and traceability statuses are unknown, indicating limited documented after-sales support evidence.

R&D capabilityThe supplier offers ODM services and multiple forms of design customization, but reports no new products during the past year and no available SDK. The evidence supports design-service availability but not active product innovation.

Production capacityReported output includes 2,000 road rollers, 3,000 truck cranes, 5,000 wheel loaders, 2,500 excavators, and 3,000 motor graders, supported by 6–10 quality-control staff. However, the supplier reports zero quality-control test equipment, no written supplier-assessment procedures or records, and unclear outsourcing controls, creating a significant production-quality control weakness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, and also reports ODM availability. These statements provide direct evidence of broad customization services.
