AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryJining BST Import and Export Co., Ltd. is a China-based trading company with stated manufacturer/factory status and a business scope covering construction machinery and parts. It offers flexible, full, and minor customization, ODM services, and OEM services for well-known brands, but does not provide 3D software design services, SDKs, or evidence of new products in the past year. Overseas service infrastructure is limited: no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or offline trade-show participation is reported. Service-management documentation is weak, with no written assessment or corrective-action procedures and no approved-supplier list; complaint handling has a procedure but lacks written records. An SGS audit is identified for 2024-04-13 to 2025-04-12, but the stated audit result is not interpretable as a certification. Financial records are referenced for 2021–2023, but no financial performance details are provided. Export sales represent 71%–90% of total sales, and stated peak- and...

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a trading company in its business profile, while another record also classifies it as a manufacturer/factory. Its scope includes import and export and sales of construction machinery, equipment, and parts; the SGS record lists bulldozer, excavator, engine, and construction machinery parts as primary products. The evidence supports a trading-led supplier with stated manufacturing/factory capability, but does not establish the extent of its own production.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a customer-complaint procedure, but no written records; it has no written service-capability assessment or corrective/preventive-action procedures and no approved-supplier list. It also reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or offline trade-show participation, although it accepts several quotation and payment terms and states lead times within 15 working days in both seasons. Formal after-sales capability is therefore not sufficiently documented.

R&D capabilityThe supplier is described as a professional technical supplier and offers ODM services, but it has no available SDK, does not provide 3D software design services, and reported no new products in the past year. These explicit gaps indicate limited evidence of current product innovation and digital design capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers flexible customization, full customization, and minor customization, in addition to ODM services and OEM services for well-known brands. This is direct evidence of broad customization and contract-manufacturing support, although the absence of 3D software design services may limit some design workflows.
