Q:Will there be any deviations in the hole positions or dimensions after installation?

We completely understand your concern. All our aftermarket blocks are engineered using 1:1 original OEM specifications and processed via high-precision CNC machining. Before leaving the factory, every batch undergoes a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspection and actual assembly testing with original crankshafts and cylinder heads. We guarantee a 100% perfect fit for all original auxiliary parts.

Q:Are the material and hardness sufficient? Will it crack or score the cylinder walls after a period of use?

Quality and durability are our top priorities. Our engine blocks are cast from premium alloy cast iron (equivalent to HT250/HT300 or OEM standard), containing Chromium (Cr) and Molybdenum (Mo) to significantly enhance wear resistance. Additionally, all castings undergo a strict artificial aging heat treatment to completely relieve internal stress, preventing any warping or cracking under heavy loads. We can provide the Material Test Report (MTR) upon request.

Q:Is it brand new original, OEM, remanufactured (reman), or used
