AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier demonstrates broad customization, R&D, ODM, and OEM capabilities, including new product development within the past year and service to recognized brands. It exports to multiple regions, derives 71%–90% of sales from exports, and has nine years of export experience. Production information includes 200,000 gear pumps and 30,000 PTO gearboxes, with fewer than five quality-control staff and one year of stated R&D engineer experience. Service procedures exist for corrective actions, complaint handling, and supplier assessment, but written records are unavailable. No overseas agents, branches, warehouses, showrooms, or in-stock capacity are reported. Certification holdings, financial performance, digitalization, sustainability systems, and formal quality assurance remain insufficiently documented.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a China-based manufacturer in Wenling, Zhejiang, with export activity to South America, Southeast Asia/Mideast, Europe, and North America. It has nine years of export experience, 71%–90% export sales, and both agency-export and self-operated import/export methods, indicating an export-oriented manufacturing supplier.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, provides ODM services, and supports customization from samples and designs. However, it has no available SDK, and the stated total R&D engineer experience is one year, so innovation capability is evidenced but not comprehensively established.

Production capacityThe supplier reports annual output of 200,000 gear pumps and 30,000 PTO gearboxes and operates from a factory in Wenling, Zhejiang. Fewer than five quality-control staff are reported, while outsourcing procedures and manufacturing-capacity contracts are unknown; production scale is documented, but capacity-management controls are incomplete.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports ODM capability, providing strong direct evidence of broad customization support.

Client casesThe supplier reports OEM service for recognized brands and participation in the CIAME 2023 offline trade show. These statements provide some evidence of market and customer exposure, but no customer names, project details, or independently verifiable case outcomes are supplied.
