Q:How to maintain the machine?

Clean heating wedge and rollers daily. Calibrate settings weekly. Tighten screws and lubricate moving parts monthly. Replace heating elements every 3-6 months.
Q:Can it work outdoors in cold weather?
A:
Yes, but pre-heat the machine when temperature is below 5 Celsius degree. Do not weld on wet or rainy day-moisture and sand will affect seam quality.
