Container Type Compressed Air System with Air Compressor and Refrigeration Dryer

A containerized air purification station is a complete compressed-air generation and treatment system installed inside a container. It can include an air compressor, oil-water separator, refrigerated dryer, adsorption dryer, filters, receiver tank, control system, ventilation, and optional low-dew-point or oil-removal modules.

A typical station includes a screw compressor, aftercooler, gas-liquid separator, refrigerated dryer, desiccant dryer when needed, precision filters, activated carbon filter if oil vapor control is required, air receiver, drains, PLC control, ventilation, and electrical distribution.

Common contaminants include liquid water, water vapor, oil aerosols, oil vapor, dust, rust particles, microorganisms, and acidic condensate. Different filter grades and dryer types are selected according to the required air quality class.

Pressure dew point is the temperature at which water vapor begins to condense at the system pressure. A lower pressure dew point means drier compressed air and better protection for downstream processes.

Oil content depends on compressor type and filtration configuration. Coalescing filters and activated carbon filters can reduce oil aerosols and vapor to meet stricter process requirements, subject to selected filter grade and inlet conditions.
