Mobile Container Air Compressor System for Outdoor Factory Compressed Air Supply

A containerized air purification station is a complete compressed-air generation and treatment system installed inside a container. It can include an air compressor, oil-water separator, refrigerated dryer, adsorption dryer, filters, receiver tank, control system, ventilation, and optional low-dew-point or oil-removal modules.

Its purpose is to deliver stable, clean, dry compressed air for industrial processes or as feed air for oxygen and nitrogen generation systems. Proper purification removes water, oil, dust, and other contaminants that can damage equipment or affect product quality.

Compression increases air temperature and concentrates water vapor. As air cools, condensate forms and can cause corrosion, valve malfunction, microbial growth, product defects, and downstream equipment failure. Dryers reduce pressure dew point to a safe level.

A refrigerated dryer is suitable for general industrial compressed air where a moderate pressure dew point is acceptable. It is energy-efficient and commonly used before filters or as a first-stage dryer before a desiccant dryer.

Common contaminants include liquid water, water vapor, oil aerosols, oil vapor, dust, rust particles, microorganisms, and acidic condensate. Different filter grades and dryer types are selected according to the required air quality class.
