The warranty period for our products is one year. If an extension of the warranty period is required, we will increase the price by a certain profit margin based on the existing price accordingly.

What after-sales services are provided?

We provide spare parts for maintenance free of charge, and will dispatch technical personnel for on-site inspection and repair if necessary, with travel expenses borne by the supplier. During the warranty period, regular return visits (once every 3 months) will be conducted. After the warranty period expires, lifelong maintenance services at cost price and spare parts supply can be provided.
