Our company Zhejiang Kurtin New Material Tech / Kurtin Building Material is the exporting center itself. We are also the shareholder of the XPS foam, PIR foam located in the countryside. Therefore, our price, quality and customer service can be integrated to a perfect combination.

Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?

In order to keep our none compensation record, quality is our first priority. Kurtin People always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning of raw material sourcing to the end of production. Each batch of products will be tested with caution before packing and delivery.

Q:What is your quality assurance policy?

Payment will be refundable if the product quality or delivery time does not meet the agreed terms. We can also sign the refund agreement with any of our buyer. The main purpose is not to refund the payment, because we understand the buyer need the good quality products, not the payment refunded and time wasted. But this is to prove that we are fully confident with the quality of our products.
