In order for every customer from all over the world to come to know our quality steel grating products, our management have decided to fabricate a small sample at no charge to the customer, but the customer shall send for the ready-made sample from our factory, or the customer may pay the express fee to us before we deliver the sample.

It depends! In case of a small value purchase order, the value of which is not higher than USD5000.00, 100% advance payment is mandatory. If the value of a purchase order is greater than USD5000.00, 50% deposit shall be mandatory before our production, and 50% balance shall be paid to us before our shipment after the goods are ready for delivery. Please note that all payments shall be made by wire transfer using the SWIFT system.
