AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryCHANGZHOU KYA FASTENERS CO., LTD. is a China-based trading company established in 2016 with 13 employees. It offers fastener, hardware, electrical, lighting, packaging, composite-material, textile, and clothing products, together with import and export services. The supplier has documented R&D review, verification, and validation materials; provides technical after-sales support; offers minor and flexible customization plus ODM and OEM services; and reports raw-material traceability. However, it launched no new products in the past year, does not provide 3D design or SDK services, has no inventory, overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or overseas service coverage, and has not participated in offline trade shows. Financial evidence is limited to referenced years without substantive performance data. The supplier appears more suitable for trading, sourcing, export, and customization coordination than for demonstrated manufacturing or advanced product innovation.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a trading company and limited company located in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China, with a stated scope covering sales and import/export agency for multiple product categories. Its 13-person organization supports the classification as a relatively small trading entity rather than a documented manufacturer.

After-Sales capabilityTechnology engineers are responsible for confirming customer requests and providing technical after-sales support, and the supplier accepts multiple quotation and payment terms with stated peak- and off-season lead times within 15 working days. However, it has no overseas agents or branches, no overseas warehouse or showroom, and reports zero countries with overseas services, limiting geographically localized support.

R&D capabilityThe supplier has R&D audit documentation covering design inputs, outputs, reviews, verification, and validation, and its engineers provide technical support. Nevertheless, it launched no new products in the past year, provides no 3D software design services, has no SDK availability, and reports no product-information development activity during that period, indicating limited demonstrated innovation output.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers minor customization and flexible customization, provides ODM services, and has OEM experience for popular brands. Its R&D engineers also confirm customer requirements and provide technical support, supporting a positive assessment for customization coordination.

Client casesThe supplier states that it provides OEM services for well-known brands, which is direct evidence of at least one type of customer engagement. However, no customer names, project descriptions, product examples, order history, or independently verifiable case details are provided, so the breadth and quality of its customer cases remain unclear.
