What is your minimum order quantity?

The standard minimum order for conventional orders is one full 20-foot container. For trial orders or small-batch purchases, we support Mixed Loading, meaning different products such as hydraulic oil, gear oil and engine oil can be loaded into one container simultaneously. We also accept less-than-container consignments with small drums or IBC totes.

What are your common packaging specifications?

We provide multiple packaging options: 18L plastic drums, 200L steel drums and 1000L IBC totes. We also offer neutral packaging and OEM labeling services, and can print your brand logo on the drum body.

Can you provide samples for testing before placing an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are pleased to provide free samples (typically 1L) for your quality inspection. Generally, the courier freight shall be borne by the buyer.

What customs clearance and technical documents can you provide?

We can provide a full set of compliance documents, including MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), TDS (Technical Data Sheet), COA (Certificate of Analysis) and certificate of origin (such as CO/Form E), to ensure your cargo can pass local customs inspection smoothly and be marketed compliantly.

Do your lubricants comply with international standards?

Yes. Our products are manufactured in strict accordance with international standards, and meet the specifications of (American Petroleum Institute), ACEA (European Automobile Manufacturers Association), ISO, DIN and other authoritative standards. We can provide certification documents for specific grades upon request.

How do you guarantee the stability of product quality?

Every batch of products undergoes strict inspection in our laboratory before delivery. We retain Retention Samples for each batch for traceability purposes. We also accept pre-shipment inspection by third-party authorities such as SGS or Intertek upon request.

Question 8

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We generally accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C). Our standard terms are: 50% deposit paid in advance, and the remaining 50% balance shall be settled upon presentation of the Copy of B/L, or cleared before shipment.

What is your approximate delivery lead time?

For products in stock, shipment can be arranged within 7-10 days after receiving the deposit. For OEM orders or large-volume production orders, the lead time is generally 15-20 days. We have extensive experience in the ocean export of Class 3 dangerous goods (flammable liquids) and general chemical products.

Can you customize the formula according to our special technical requirements?

Yes. We have a professional R&D team. If you have special requirements for viscosity, additive package or performance (such as anti-wear hydraulic oil HM 68 or extreme pressure gear oil with specific formulas), we can develop a custom-tailored formula for you.
