Double shaft shredders are designed to process a wide range of materials, including plastic lumps, HDPE drums, IBC containers, plastic pallets, pipes, woven bags, films, wood, paper, electronic waste, municipal solid waste (MSW), and other industrial waste. We recommend selecting the machine configuration based on the material characteristics and production requirements.

A single shaft shredder is ideal when a uniform output size is required, as the screen controls the final particle size. It is commonly used before granulating, washing, or pelletizing. It has high rotating speed, not suitable for metal rejects. A twin shaft shredder is better suited for bulky or heavy-duty materials that require primary size reduction. It delivers high torque and can handle difficult materials without the need for a screen. It featured with large capacity for primary shredding.

The PLC control system monitors the machine continuously. If overload occurs, the rotor automatically reverses to release the blockage before resuming normal operation. This function helps protect the gearbox, rotor, and motor from damage.

More than 90% of critical components are machined in-house using our CNC machining center. Every key component undergoes strict dimensional inspection before assembly, ensuring machining accuracy, consistent quality, and full production traceability.
