AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier demonstrates manufacturing and customization capabilities, including six production lines, full customization from samples and designs, and OEM service for well-known brands. It exports to Europe and North America and has attended Automechanika Shanghai 2024. However, the supplier reports no new products in the past year, no ODM or SDK availability, and no overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, or branches. Service-management controls are weak: there is no approved supplier list, no written complaint-handling process, and no documented corrective or preventive action mechanism. Financial records are referenced for 2022–2024, but the provided information does not establish financial strength. No certification information or specific customer cases is provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has no written procedures or records for customer complaints or corrective and preventive actions, and it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch. Participation in Automechanika Shanghai 2024 demonstrates trade-show engagement but does not establish effective after-sales support.

R&D capabilityThe supplier explicitly reports no new products during the past year, no ODM service, and no available SDK. These statements indicate limited demonstrated product-development and technical-platform innovation capability.

Production capacityThe supplier operates six production lines, serves Europe and North America, and reports 2–3 month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons. Its stated service-location information identifies Ningbo Port as the nearest port, supporting export logistics, although another slice contains inconsistent lead-time formatting.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, and full customization. Its company description also states that it provides customization options tailored to individual client needs, giving clear evidence of broad customization capability.
