Frequency conversion speed regulation, AC induction motor. The speed is constant, no brushes, no sparks, safe and stable, and can work continuously.
The entire set of instruments is made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel, which has good chemical and physical properties.
The mezzanine interface is connected with hot oil for circulation and heating reaction can be carried out, and the refrigerant liquid is connected with it for low-temperature reaction.
It can react at room temperature, and the reaction heat can be quickly taken away by running tap water on it.
The lower discharge port uses a stainless steel ball valve. There is no dead space in the container and it is removable to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.
Eight-port reactor cover, extra-large port design for easy cleaning, standard port socket for optional assembly of reflux and distillation synthesis devices.

Nominal total volume 50L, effective loading volume 30-40L, suitable for pilot small-batch synthesis, extraction, concentration, mixing; not for large industrial mass production.
Q:What stainless steel grades are optional? What chemicals can it resist?
A:
Standard SUS304, optional SUS316L. Resist weak acid, weak alkali, alcohols, esters, plant extracts, cosmetic raw materials, food additives. Not for strong hydrofluoric acid, high-concentration chloride long-term reaction.
Q:What processes and industries is this reactor suitable for? Any forbidden raw materials?
A:
Fit fine chemical synthesis, cosmetic blending, food additive production, essential oil extraction, new battery material preparation, herb concentration, dye mixing. Forbidden: highly corrosive halogen compounds, spontaneous combustion dangerous raw materials.
Q:What temperature range can the double jacket achieve? How precise is temperature control?
A:
Match external heating & cooling circulator; temperature range -80C ~ 250C, PID intelligent control, temperature accuracy 0.5C. Double-layer separated jacket avoids medium pollution to reaction materials.
Q:Does the reactor take large space? Can it be moved freely inside workshop?
A:
Equipped with locking silent universal casters for easy transfer. Reserve 30cm clearance around the kettle for heat dissipation; cannot place in closed narrow cabinet.
