Key features

The lower discharge port uses a stainless steel ball valve. There is no dead space in the container and it is removable to facilitate the discharge of solid materials.

Q:What are the common supporting equipment for reactors?

The double-layer reactor can be equipped with high and low temperature pumps, high temperature oil baths, cryogenic pumps and vacuum pumps. The single-layer reactor can be equipped with cryogenic pumps and vacuum pumps.

Q:Why reaction uniformity is poor and local material coking appears during operation?

Main causes: improper agitator type mismatched material viscosity, uneven jacket heat transfer, dead zones without mixing. This reactor configures optional paddle/turbine/anchor/ribbon stirrers for low/medium/high viscosity materials; internal baffles eliminate flow dead zones; spiral flow jacket reduces temperature difference inside the tank. PID precise temperature control shortens temperature fluctuation, effectively avoid wall overheating coking and inconsistent reaction conversion rate.

Q:Will stainless steel tank corrode under acidic, alkaline and chloride-containing raw materials?

Standard tank body adopts SUS316L low-carbon stainless steel with excellent acid, alkali and weak chloride corrosion resistance; for high-chloride or strong corrosive medium, duplex stainless steel, TA1 titanium alloy or PTFE lining can be customized. All welding seams are fully pickled and passivated to eliminate intergranular corrosion hidden danger, smooth inner surface prevents corrosive medium residue accumulation.
