One integrated touch control cabinet synchronously controls two independent glass tanks, supporting simultaneous parallel contrast experiments under identical environmental parameters, eliminating control difference errors caused by two separate controllers. Compact all-in-one desktop structure occupies 40% less lab bench space, one set of auxiliary pumps and gas pipelines reduce equipment investment and wiring clutter, and single machine operation simplifies staff workload.

Offline separable sterilization design; all glass tank bodies, stirring paddles, sampling tubes, sensors can be fully disassembled and sterilized in high-pressure autoclave at 121C. Each tank has independent feeding, ventilation and sampling pipelines with separate sealed valves, no shared medium channel between two tanks. Detachable full-disassembly structure without dead corners ensures thorough cleaning and avoids cross-strain pollution between parallel groups.

Tank lids, stirring shafts, sampling valves and pipeline joints adopt SUS316L stainless steel; sealing rings, paddles and tube connectors use food-grade PTFE, resisting weak acid, weak alkali and organic fermentation metabolites. Mirror polished seamless inner surface reduces medium adhesion residue.

Quick-clamp flip lid structure for both tanks, all glass tanks, stirring paddles and sampling pipelines can be fully separated without tool disassembly. Independent drain outlet for each tank quickly discharges residual fermentation broth; smooth glass surface is easy to flush with distilled water, effectively cut cross-contamination risk between different experimental batches.
