SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel resists organic solvents and weak acid-base corrosion, no cracking risk under pressure with higher safety for violent exothermic pilot reactions. Mirror polished inner wall leaves no high-viscosity slurry & resin residue; double jacket provides larger heat exchange area for faster heating & cooling. Supports high vacuum and 0.6MPa micro-positive pressure closed reaction, ideal for long-term continuous pilot with volatile solvents.

Ordinary glass reactors crack easily under pressure; cheap stirring equipment causes medium leakage under vacuum; small-port lids cannot feed, reflux and measure temperature simultaneously; fixed brackets are hard to move, clean and discharge materials. This machine features pressure-resistant stainless body, magnetic static sealing with zero leakage, 7-port multi-functional lid compatible with condenser & dropping funnel, heavy wheeled lifting stand for easy feeding, discharging and cleaning.

Double jacket reserves inlet & outlet for heat transfer fluid, connect external heating cooling circulator to achieve -20C~200C constant temperature. Circulator is not included, matching 20L dedicated heating chilling circulator is available for bundle purchase.

1.1kW brushless variable frequency stirring motor, digital speed 0-750rpm stepless adjustment. Standard 3-blade impeller fits low & medium viscosity liquid and suspension slurry; anchor/ribbon impellers customizable for high viscosity resin and battery slurry.
