Siemens PLC control system + vinylon LCD touch screen, is used to display all measured values and control parameters, which greatly facilitates the user's operation.
you can use USB for data transmission, sampling and displaying tank data, browsing and analyzing system data, reading settings.
Each tank is equipped with 4 peristaltic pumps beside the front tank, which can supply acid, alkali, defoamer and culture medium to the fermentation tank.
Various parameters in fermentation such as pH, DO, temperature and speed can be monitored by the controller, and all data and control parameters can be transmitted to the controller or computer.
The structure is compact, and various components can be integrated into the fermentation system.

Yes. Equipped with surrounding LED light source. Light intensity and photoperiod can be set via touch screen controller. Light wavelength can be customized for different photosynthetic strains.
Q:What sterilization method does this glass illumination bioreactor use?
A:
It adopts off site sterilization. Glass tank needs to be taken out and sterilized by external autoclave machine, without built in insitu steam sterilization function.
Q:What is the material of glass tank and its advantage for algae culture?
A:
Tank is made of thick wall high borosilicate GG 17 glass with high light transmittance. It can resist high temperature autoclave cycle and avoid material leaching during photosynthetic cultivation
Q:What stirring options are available for photosynthetic cell culture?
A:
Top mechanical stirring is standard configuration. Low shear magnetic coupling stirring can be selected as optional upgrade to protect fragile algae cells.
Q:Does this bioreactor support CO mixed gas supply for algae growth?
A:
Yes. Independent gas flow control module and sterile air filter are equipped. It can mix CO into gas inlet to satisfy microalgae cultivation demands.
