Standard wave (short wave) infrared: operating temperature 400-700 degree. Best for drying paints, coatings, water-based materials, and paper. Medium wave infrared: operating temperature 300-500 degree. Best for heating plastics, textiles, food, and rubber. Choose based on your material's absorption characteristics.

Q:What is the maximum operating temperature?

Our standard ceramic infrared heaters can operate at up to 700c surface temperature for standard wave, and up to 500c for medium wave. For higher temperature requirements, we recommend special alumina ceramic elements or quartz infrared heaters.

Q:What sizes and shapes are available?

Our standard ceramic infrared heaters come in rectangular and square shapes, with sizes can be customized. Custom sizes and special shapes (curved, tapered) are available for OEM orders. Multiple heaters can be assembled into larger panels.
