First, we discuss order and production details by email or TM. Then we issue a PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pre-paid full payment or deposit before production starts. After receiving the deposit, we process the order. We usually need 7-15 days if items are not in stock. Before production finishes, we contact you for shipment details and balance payment. After payment is settled, we prepare the shipment.
