Do you charge for samples and freight?

As per company policy, samples and freight are on the customer's account, but sample charges will be returned to you in your first official order.

The standard MOQ is 12 pieces per model. However, we accept less quantity at the beginning of cooperation to test product quality.

What is the delivery time?

Estimated sample delivery time is 10-15 days. A 20ft container takes 25-35 days, and a 40ft container takes 35-40 days.

What is the warranty for the faucets?

We provide a 5-year warranty. If any quality problems are found on our side during this period, we will send you replacement parts in your next new order.
