Do you charge for samples and freight?

Samples and freight are on the customer's account, but sample charges will be returned to you in your first official order.

The standard MOQ is 12 pieces per model. We accept less quantity at the beginning of cooperation to test quality.

What about the delivery time?

Sample delivery is 10-15 days. A 20ft container takes 25-35 days, and a 40ft container takes 35-40 days.

What is the warranty for the faucets?

We provide a 5-year warranty. If quality problems are found, we will send replacements in your next new order.
