Samples and freight are on the customer's account. However, sample charges will be returned to you in your first official order.

The MOQ is 12pcs per model. We accept less quantity at the beginning of cooperation to allow you to test product quality before placing a normal order.

What is the delivery time?

Estimated sample delivery time is 10-15 days. A 20ft container takes 25-35 days, and a 40ft container takes 35-40 days.

What is the warranty for the faucets?

We provide a 5-year warranty. If any quality problems on our side are found during this period, we will send you the replacement in your next new order.
