Do you charge for samples and freight?

As per our company policy, the samples and freight will be on customer's account while sample charges will be returned to you in your first official order.

12pcs each model while we accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before normal order.

What about the delivery time?

Estimated samples delivery time is 10-15 days; 20ft container is 25 - 35 days; 40ft container is 35 - 40 days.

What is the Warranty for the faucets?

For the faucets,we have 5 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side were found in this period, we will send you the replacement in your next new order.
