AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a trade company in Kaiping, Jiangmen, associated with manufacturing enterprises and offering faucets, shower products, bathtub fillers, and related kitchen and sanitary ware. It demonstrates broad customization, ODM and OEM capability, recent product development, quality-control procedures, testing equipment, inventory capability, and contracts with associated subcontractors. It has export sales, accepts multiple trade and payment terms, and has participated in the IBS trade show. However, the provided evidence does not establish specific certifications, financial performance, overseas service coverage, or Fortune 500 customer references. It also lacks an SDK, overseas warehouses, overseas showrooms, and overseas branches or agents.

Supplier typeThe company is explicitly classified as a trade company, while its associated companies are in manufacturing. Its stated business covers plastic products, kitchenware, sanitary ware, household goods, furniture, and import/export, with offered products centered on faucets, shower sets, and related fixtures.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has documented corrective and preventive action procedures and complaint-handling procedures with follow-up records, indicating an established service process. However, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, and reports overseas service coverage in 0 countries, limiting demonstrated overseas support.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products during the past year, provides ODM services, and supports customization from samples, designs, minor changes, flexible requirements, and full customization. It does not have an available SDK, so its innovation evidence is strong for product and design development but incomplete for software-development support.

Production capacityProduction-related evidence includes CNC, water-testing, and salt-spray-testing equipment; standardized finished-product inspection instructions; inventory capability; and valid manufacturing contracts with associated subcontractors. Peak-season order fulfillment is stated as 2–3 months, but the evidence does not quantify production capacity.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples and designs, minor customization, flexible customization, and full customization in both design-service records. This directly demonstrates broad customization coverage.
