The standard length of aluminium profiles is 6020mm, The longest profile that can be sea shipped is 6 meters. For our standard aluminum profile and accessories which we have stock, low MOQ is acceptable. For the customized aluminum profile or non-stock items, there will require 300-500kg MOQ to support the production line. If you can't order 300kgs one time, the set up cost can also support to start a small order.

There will need about 7 to 10 days to open the new molds, then we will send customer the trial sample for approval before mass production, after the sample was approved, it will take around 10 to 15days for mass production for a normal 40 High Q container.
