Q:Will the fuel tank rust after long-term outdoor use?

Our fuel tank adopts double-layer anti-rust baking paint and inner wall passivation anti-corrosion treatment. If you avoid long-term water soaking, it can be used for 3-5 years without rust; we also provide marine enhanced anti-corrosion paint version for fishing boat customers.

Q:Is this fuel tank universal for all single cylinder diesel engines?

Different horsepower engines correspond to different volume tank models. The mounting hole positions of the same series are unified. You only need to select the matching tank according to your engine model (10HP/20HP/30HP condensed type).

Q:Why does the condensed type tank have a radiator grid? What.s the function?

Condensed cooling diesel engine uses circulating cooling water, the radiator grid integrated on the tank can speed up water temperature dissipation, effectively prevent overheating during all-day continuous work, it combines fuel storage and heat dissipation two functions. Ordinary evaporative tank has no radiator, only for short-time intermittent operation.

Q:How to solve oil leakage at the fuel outlet and fuel cap?

All supporting rubber gaskets are oil-resistant nitrile rubber. If leakage occurs, replace aging gaskets directly; tighten the fuel cap moderately, do not over-twist to avoid crushing the seal ring.
